you a presence on the internet and to keep
in contact with your students AND their
parents!
Once you sign up for an account, you will
then login to your ADMIN area. Once
there, you will have several options.
1) Main
Admin Control Panel Click

This
is the page that you will control your entire
website from. You will have the ability
to mange all aspects of the website. Below
are the functions that you will have once
you access the admin area.
2) Manage Web Pages Click here to see this page
This option will allow
you to manage your main website.

This
is the main page where students, parents
and all other visitors go to see your new website.
3) Manage Students Click here to see this page
This option allows you to add students. When you add
a student, you will assign them a username
and password so they can login and view
messages specifically for THEM! When
adding students, you will also add an email
address for them, which can be the parents'
email address. Every time you add/edit
that students personal page, an email is
dispatched to them! They will then
know that you have added new content to
THEIR page and they need to visit the page
to view the changes.
4) Email All Students/Parents click
here to see an example of this page
This option will allow you to send a mass email to ALL of
the students/parents that you have added
at one time! A very nice option to
send a generic email such as "Don't
forget the party tomorrow!".
5) Read messages click here to see an
example of this page
This option allows you to read any "private" messages
that a student/parent has sent you. You
can also reply to them as well from that
page. A message is sent to you as
well as the student/parent every time a
new message is added or an old message is
replied to.
6) Parents/Students
Login click
here to see an example of this page
This
page is were the parents/students will login
and view comments specifically about that
student. There is also an area for
the parents to send you a private message.
You will view the message using the
#4 link from above. This page is PASSWORD
protected. Only the parent and student
will have access to this page. NO
ONE
else!

You will find that the program
is very powerful! Once setup, you
will be able to update web pages in less
than 5 minutes. You can also edit
your students/parents password protected
pages for ALL of your students in less than
5 minutes!
